Thank you for selecting Boston Baby Beginnings! We ask that you take a moment to review our policies before registering. At Boston Baby Beginnings we take pride in our philosophy to keep each class small and intimate. Therefore, cancellations and switches often leave vacancies in an already small class. In fairness to all, we have established these guidelines and policies. Please feel free to contact us directly to further answer any questions you may have in regards to the information listed below.

Refund Policies

• A full refund will be given if the cancellation is greater than 30 calendar days before the scheduled class, minus a $10 processing fee.
  
• Cancellations occurring between 29-4 calendar days before the start of the class will incur a $50 fee.
• Cancellations occurring within 3 calendar days or less of the start of the class will incur a fee of 50% of the class cost.
• Cancellations or switches due to medical reasons will require a physician’s written documentation.  

Rescheduling

• Rescheduling (or switching) a class within 14 calendar days prior to the start of the class will incur a $25 fee.
• If a class is missed without speaking directly to an educator of Boston Baby Beginnings prior to the start of the class, the cost of the class will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy for Home Consults

• Full Refunds will be given for a cancellation that occurs 30 calendar days (or greater) prior to the home consult,minus a $10 processing fee.
• Cancellations made between 29-8 calendar days or less will incur a $100 fee.
• Cancellations made within 7-2 calendar days prior to the start of the class will incur a fee of 50% fee.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours or less to the start of the class will not be refunded.
• If you do not call and speak to someone directly to cancel your appointment, a refund will not be issued.

Inclement Weather/Instructor Illness

• Baby Beginnings will contact all students if a class has been cancelled due to inclement weather or instructor illness. If you have not heard from a Boston Baby Beginnings representative 2-hours prior to start of the class (weather related), please feel free to call to check the status.
• In the event of a cancelled class, Boston Baby Beginnings will offer another date of the same missed class.
• Refunds will not be issued for inclement weather of instructor illness unless Boston Baby Beginnings is unable to reschedule the missed class. 

Additional Policies and Information

• If you choose to take a class after 36 weeks gestation and give birth early, we cannot issue a full refund. If you cannot attend a class for other pregnancy-related reasons during weeks 36-40 of pregnancy, we cannot issue a full refund (unless you provide a physician’s written note; 50% refund will be given).
